Quiet, clean and great for a family

We stayed for a week in August and had a great time. The location is secluded and secure with everything you need in the house. Being a pre-fabricated property it did have a few creaks but was so much better than a static caravan and much better equipped. Pool was great and just a short walk from the house.

Domaine de la Grenatiere trĂšs agrĂ©able Ă  vivre, ambiance reposante. Tous les cottages ont un style trĂšs sympa et ont chacun un extĂ©rieur tres travaillĂ© et trĂšs bien entretenu. La piscine chauffĂ©e a plu aux enfants. L'intĂ©rieur du cottage est spacieux et trĂšs sympa Ă  vivre, surtout la grande terrasse (Nous avons dĂ©jeunĂ© et dĂźnĂ© souvent dehors mĂȘme Ă  cette saison).

Schöne Außenanlage, innen enttĂ€uschend

Lage in der Anlage, Möblierung von Garten und Terrasse sehr gut. Fahrradschuppen und Elektrogrill ebenfalls positiv. Negativ: Sauberkeit (Kartoffelchips im Schrank, Dreck in den Betten, Esssensreste in Backofen und Mikrowelle), BettgrĂ¶ĂŸe falsch angegeben, Beleuchtung des Gartenweges defekt (fĂŒhrte im Stockdunkeln zum Sturz mit Beinverletzung), Beleuchtung neben dem TĂŒrschloss defekt (Batterien leer), HolzhĂŒtte (Haus wĂ€re ĂŒbertrieben) total hellhörig, da die WĂ€nde nur aus Spanplatten bestehen, 1 Fenster klemmt beim Öffnen und kann nicht gekippt werden, Sofa total durchgesessen, SchiebetĂŒren an 2 SchrĂ€nken defekt, Wasserdruck/Durchsatz im Bad (Schlafzimmer) zu gering (nach BetĂ€tigen der KlospĂŒlung tröpfels es nur noch aus dem Wasserhahn, bei der KĂŒchenausstattung fehlte eine Teekanne (mussten wir kaufen und haben sie dann "gespendet". Absolutes "Highlight" aber ist der direkte Nachbar. Er ist EigentĂŒmer und scheint dort auf Dauer zu leben und war stĂ€ndig dabei, Krach zu machen (SĂ€gen, HĂ€mmern, Bohren - teils schon morgens vor 7:00 Uhr bzw. bevorzugt, wenn wir beim Essen auf der Terasse saßen und an 2 Tagen hat er sein gesamtes GrundstĂŒck (Schottergarten und Kunstrasen) mit einem Laubsauger "gepflegt", natĂŒrlich zu Zeiten, an denen wir uns im Garten aufhielten. Fazit: Als die 2 Wochen vorbei waren sind wir gerne wieder nach Hause gefahren (kommt sonst nie vor). Unser Rat an die Vermieter: WohnqualitĂ€t und Instandhaltung verbessern und mehr WertschĂ€tzung fĂŒr die Mieter.

La résidence est trÚs belle et bien entretenue. Nous avons néanmoins été déçus, pensant arriver dans un endroit isolé (les photos de l'annonce ont été faites alors que les bungalows n'avaient pas été installés) il s'agit en réalité d'une résidence avec 130 bungalows.

Nous avons apprĂ©ciĂ© vraiment ce cottage, son emplacement dans un mas au milieu des vignes proche de Marseillan et Ă  proximitĂ© de Marseillan plage, Cap d’Agde 

. Les Ă©quipements du cottage nous ont permis de vivre confortablement Ă  6 adultes. De plus nous avons eu accĂšs Ă  des Ă©quipements pour le bĂ©bĂ© qui Ă©tait avec nous (lit spĂ©cifique, chaise haute) Les installations de loisirs du mas sont bien entretenues et propres. Par mauvais temps, la piscine couverte est un atout majeur. Les propriĂ©taires rĂ©pondent Ă  nos attentes et la communication entre nous est trĂšs bonne malgrĂ© la distance De plus, Ils ont un correspondant sur place qui rĂ©pond rapidement Ă  vos besoins. Je garde cette adresse pour une prochaine location. Bonne journĂ©e Ă  tous.

Vacances au calme dans un joli domaine

Nous avons séjourné dans un domaine organisé par des espaces communs calmes, arborés, piscines (2), terrain à boules et un ensemble de maisons avec un style chalet camping jolies. Notre maison avait 2 salles de bain avec WC et 3 chambres trÚs bien distribués. L'organisation de la maison ne permet pas d'avoir un lave-linge, de ce fait, il faut s'organiser sur ce point. La maison a un jardin avec une jolie végétation sans pas trop de vis-à-vis. Le domaine n'est pas renseigné sur WAZE, il faut utiliser les coordonnées GPS indiqués par votre hÎte. Ce domaine, est situé à 2-3km environ de Pomérols et 4-5Km de Marseillan dont vous pouvez trouver des jolis plages pas trop occupées pour la période du fin aout. Les piscines sont grandes, propres et bien entretenues. Nous avons profité du calme à la fin du mois d'Aout étant donné que la plus part de vacanciers étaient déjà partis et notre hÎte nous a accueilli avec une bonne bouteille de rosé pour les adultes, encore merci!!! Un peu de confort sur les oreilles serait bienvenu. Nous reviendrons sans aucun doute.

Location totalement conforme à la description. Bungalow trÚs agréable et bien équipé, avec un cadeau de bienvenue de la part des propriétaires : trÚs appréciable. Le seul bémol est qu'il faut tout faire en voiture car le domaine est loin de la ville. Jolie location.

Cottage sublime entre vignes, pins et mer. Ce cottage est trÚs fonctionnel, spacieux, et trÚs confortable. 2 piscines splendides. Marseillan plage et port sont à 10 minutes. N'hésitez pas à venir prendre un peu de repos à la Grenatiere.
