Located in the heart of the Brive region in Beynat, this detached house offers full southern exposure and open views, perfect for relaxing in peaceful surroundings.



The house accommodates up to 8 guests.



The ground floor features a spacious open-plan area with dining room, living room, and fully equipped kitchen. There is a bathroom with shower, a separate toilet, and a laundry room on this level.



Upstairs, you’ll find 4 bedrooms and a bathroom with bathtub and toilet. Two bedrooms have a double bed (140x190). A third bedroom offers one double bed (140x190) and a child’s bed (90x190). The fourth, set up as a dormitory, has 5 beds: a 140x200 bed with a 90x200 bunk above, plus two bunk beds (90x190). Cleaning and bed linen rental are available on request for an extra charge.



Outside, there’s a secure, enclosed area for children, a terrace for outdoor dining, a shaded garden lounge, a play area with swings and pétanque court, and a games room with ping-pong and table football. Parking for up to 5 cars and secure bike storage are provided.

Hiking and cycling trails start right from the house. Two lakes with facilities are less than 10 minutes away by car. Beautiful sites and villages (Curemonte, Collonges-la-Rouge, Turenne, Argentat, Beaulieu-sur-Dordogne) are within a 30-minute drive.



Day trips to the Lot (Rocamadour), Cantal (Salers, Puy Mary), or Dordogne (Lascaux, Les Eyzies) are possible.
