We just came from a holiday inn for 140 a night. It was simply a DUMP! Right away at this Hampton could easily tell it was much cleaner and better maintained

I recently stayed at this hotel and had mixed feelings about my visit. The pool and spa were closed for maintenance until March 7, 2025, but there was no prior mention of this when I booked. With kids in tow, this was definitely disappointing, as we had planned on utilizing those amenities. The room itself was average—clean, with decent beds—but a few issues stood out. The TV wouldn’t turn down below volume level 8, which was oddly loud. Also, the bathroom had a large patch on the ceiling that looked unfinished. While the hotel was overall clean, the breakfast left much to be desired. There wasn’t much selection, and the quality wasn’t great. For the price I paid, I expected a better experience, especially considering the event we were attending. If I just needed a place to sleep, this hotel would suffice, but I likely would have chosen somewhere else with a better breakfast and open amenities.

Honestly it was an average stay. I paid so much just for the pool to be closed, poor breakfast options, broken closet, torn up chair, no shampoo, broken toilet paper holder. I definitely don’t think my stay deserved what I paid. But everything else way great.

Nice stay

Chose this hotel because of the pool. And it just happened to be closed while we were there for maintenance. Called a few days ahead of time, and it was open. Talked to the manager and we were able to use the pool at the hotel next door. Wasn't as family friendly but the water was warm on a cold winter day. The breakfast was great with lots of options. Staff was very friendly and accommodating.

The place was well kept and clean. My only complaint was that I was put in a room by the elevators and it was loud. Everytime it came to the floor it dings. I would have asked to move but it was a busy weekend. Otherwise a great stay

Convenient. Quiet. Suite was large. The furniture was very worn and dog eared. There was a strong draft under the central air unit. Gym was good. Pool was closed for maintenance. Breakfast could use some non pork sausage options. Staff were great.

The phone in the room didn’t work, wi-fi wouldn’t work on the TV.staff didn’t seem to care. We ended up using a hot spot from our phone. The cabinet with the refrigerator was very damaged and the desk had seen better days. The bed was comfortable.

This is a very convenient location for the off airport parking and the airport. Some things need to be upgraded in the rooms, better showers, the chair at the desk was about to fall apart, the cabinet that holds the TV, microwave and fridge is not in the best shape. But the rooms are always clean and well stocked with towels, toilet paper and things like that.

Overall the stay was great. Check in was quick and friendly. Room was satisfactory. Pool needs significant improvement. The lobby furniture (couches) are absolutely disgusting but informed that this location is set for an upgrade this year.

Chose this place because of the 24/7 airport shuttle which was very helpful. Liked that they have a 24/7 shop with all kinds of food and drink options at reasonable rates. Breakfast was ok but not many choices. Disappointed they have a sign to talk to an attendant for dietary restrictions but when I requested Almond milk I was told a short no. So why post a sign if you don't actually offer substitutions. Overall nice and would stay again.
