Overall the stay was nice. I was NOT happy about check in. Our hotels.com account is under my wife’s name and in 10 years I’ve never had a hotel not let me check us in. This lady at the counter refused my check in and it had to be done with my wife. I had all the proof that it was our room. I was not happy at all. I do a lot of traveling by myself and if this would have happened without her along what would I have done. 0 on service. I was very dissatisfied!

Hotel & Staff were great! Clean room, comfortable but, the one negative.., parking is awful. It is limited, dark and unsafe. And on top of that, charged at $25 per day. Stop charging for parking!

Room was comfortable, clean and spacious, only issue was the curtains were off the track a bit but they still closed and did their job. Breakfast had a nice variety of items was clean and delicious! Check in and check out was quick easy and both customer service agents were polite. I was shocked to receive a call the day of our arrival asking if there were any special requests or assistance needed at or before check in. Although none was needed it was nice to receive the call! I will be visiting Greensboro again in a couple months and will plan to stay here agin!

I waited 15 minutes or more for someone to show up to check us in. Breakfast did not taste well and didn’t live up to the normal Hilton breakfast. The pull out sofa had dirt and hair on the mattress cover and a the hallways had a terrible odor .
