We really enjoyed our stay here. The staff were great and the hotel was clean, comfortable and relaxing. It's far enough away from the bustle of the main tourist traps to be relaxing, yet close enough to walk to them, or jump on the underground station a couple of minutes walk from the hotel. Some good food options close by and only a 15 minute walk to the TV Tower, which was impressive.

The staff at Park Plaza were so accommodating and nice. Their extra care made the difference in making my stay pleasant and enjoyable. I would definitely stay at this hotel again. Also, the breakfast buffet was excellent and definitely worth it.

Comfortable, clean and professional.

The room was very clean, matress comfortable and bedding/pillows also very comfortable. Staff were friendly from check in to check out. Highly rate if exploring Berlin.

Hotel is showing its age with wear and tear around the edges. Elevators are slow and old, lots of winding corridors with stained carpets and fainted 80s style sign outside hotel. We arrived late at night to a room that did not appear to have been cleaned to a good standard. Carpet was covered in hair and dirt and stains, crumbs left on table, blinds covered in black marks, hairs in bath and toilet, and dirty toilet seat. Our bedsheets had massive holes in them. We had to go to reception in the early hours of morning but as hotel was full, all the receptionist could do was clean the room and change the bedsheets himself. We did receive an offer of a complimentary breakfast which we enjoyed and a room swap for our hassles. The staff were good at sorting the situation however I would not stay here again as the hotel is far from 4 star standards.

The hotel is a bit old and the theme is a little cheesy. The room is a good size for 2 people and the bathroom as well. The air conditioning could be better but at least there’s a window to crack open. If you are doing the Berlin marathon I would try to find something closer as it is about 25-30 min away from the brandenburg gates.
