The staff were super helpful. It was a great location close to two underground stations. The one bedroom room was a great size for my daughter & I. The washing machine & dryer were a huge bonus (as we are travelling for a couple of weeks). The rooms were quiet, so the soundproof rooms is excellent.

Studio room, comfy lounge area to relax in after long day walking. Sadly didn’t get to use pool. Bar area pleasant. Easy check in & held luggage day of checkout for us. Supermarket opposite hotel for groceries. Easy to get to from airport, S9 to AlexPlatz then U bahn stop Spittelmarkt is easiest to get hotel (far too many exits at Stadtmitte) and then just a few minutes walk. Within 30min could walk to BB Gate, Potsdamer Platz, Check Charlie, Alex Platz, Dom/Museums, Hackesher Markt, river area behind Friedrichstraße station. Xmas markets at Gendarmenmarkt, Schloßplatz (Humboldt) and AlexPlatz walkable (and these were open after Xmas/New Year).

This was our stay for our first trip to Berlin and we will absolutely stay here again! The staff was extremely friendly and knowledgeable, the rooms were spotless and the bar/restaurant was a life saver on most nights. The breakfast here was absolutely worth it too! We are definitely staying here when we return!

The room was cleaned as expected: the bathroom and kitchen were very clean. All amenities were available as stated, including the washer, dryer, and dishwasher. Everything was functional and clean, and all soaps were provided. However the parking was small and not free.

Location was everything with Adina Checkpoint Charlie. Staff were courteous and helpful. Room was as expected, though seemed a bit dated. Due to the current roadworks outside and around the hotel, taxis were finding it diffcult to navigate close to the entrance. Breakfast was enjoyable, even as vegetarians. Thank you Adina team!

We book a studio which was a lot bigger than we thought, really nice, bedroom seperated by a wall, bed and pillows a bit too soft for us but it didnt spoil our stay, lovely hotel, nice staff, good amenities,building work going on outside but we never heard a thing. Would highly recommend.
