Familiärer und persönlicher Service,Kostenlos steht Ihnen unser neues Wellnes-Erlebnis-Hallenbad zur Verfügung mit Wasserfall-Wildquell, Sauna, Dampfbad, Infrarotkabine, Wärmeliegen, großer Liege- und Ruheraum. Gegen Gebühr: Aroma-Whirlpools. Im Sommer weitläufig, gepflegter Garten mit Kneippanlage, Liege- und Spielwiese, Trimmwege, LL-Loipe. Zwei- und Dreizimmerappartements sowie Ferienwohnungen.

Sehr schön

Die Sauna ist leider etwas klein, aber ansonsten ist die Anlage sehr schön. Kaution ging nur in bar, das war der einzige Nachteil... Und die Mails von Fewo selbst waren etwas widersprüchlich zu den Mail des Anbieters, aber dafür kann der Anbieter ja nichts...

Falsche Versprechungen! Unfreundliche Behandlung!

Wir haben eine Ferienwohnung in diesem Hotel gebucht. In der Beschreibung steht, dass diese für 2-4 Personen geeignet und ein Kinderbett vorhanden wäre. Wir sind mit Baby angereist, was die Betreiber erstmal überraschte. Ich habe angegeben, dass wir 2 Personen sind, ich ging von 2 Erwachsenen aus. Okay, mein Fehler! Aber uns dann des Betruges zu bezichtigen, obwohl wir wie selbstverständlich mit dem Baby im Hotel einchecken wollten, ist unverschämt. Das Kind ist 6 Monate alt und für den gesamten Aufenthalt war dann kein Kinderbett vorhanden, obwohl das als Ausstattung angegeben wird. Trotzdem sollten wir für das Baby für die 5 Tage extra bezahlen mit der Begründung das Baby verbrauche ja auch Wasser. Hallo, es ist ein BABY! Zudem wird angegeben, dass es W-LAN gibt. Ja, gibt es, aber nur an der Rezeption. Im Zimmer hat man keinen Empfang! Die Ferienwohnung selbst verfügt über 2 Räume, die sauber sind und auch der Blick aus dem Balkon war sehr schön. Die Küchenzeile ist wirklich sehr einfach. Es gibt einen 2 Plattenherd, eine Kaffeemaschine und eine Mikrowelle. Die Steckdosen sind ungünstig gelegt, so dass ich die Kaffeemaschine auf dem Boden stellen musste, um sie anzuschmeißen. Der Zugang zum Zimmer ist nicht barrierefrei. Berchtesgaden ist wirklich sehr schön und ich werde nochmal kommen, aber dann nächtigen wir garantiert woanders!
