For a Westin, this hotel didn’t meet the Westin bench. The seating throughout especially in the Lobby area is filthy. The service in the majority of areas, not helpful and while I respect “island time”, the consistency of taking a long time for every request became tiresome. Disappointed and would not recommend.

Was nervous to stay here after reading a sting of bad reviews and I must say my hotel stay blew me away!! Amazing ocean views from every angle of the hotel, delightful staff.
