With 100 m² of living space, the villa is distributed over a single floor which is accessed by a flight of stairs. The villa has one bedroom with a double bed and air conditioning, a second bedroom with two single beds and air conditioning and a third bedroom with a double bed and air conditioning. A living-dining room with beautiful views, a kitchen with dining area and fully equipped. A complete bathroom with shower, and two more complete bathrooms, both with bathtub.

With 950 m2 of living space, the villa has a swimming pool with beautiful sea views, BBQ, outdoor shower and sunbathing area. Opposite the living room there is a large terrace facing the sea, with outdoor sofas and a table for outdoor dining.

Note: The upper flat is not for rent and will remain empty and closed.

This villa needs renovation. There were no wine glasses available. Stairs and entrance are complex for people with bad legs. Car parking is complicated. Very noisy because of the road downstairs. Positive is the view!
