Pleasant fully renovated holiday villa, with private pool located in Benissa-Costa (Costa Blanca) for 8 people. This charming villa has three bedrooms and two bathrooms, all of them distributed on one floor for greater comfort.







Inside the villa, you will find a comfortable living-dining room with air conditioning and access to an equipped kitchen, where you can prepare your meals with ease. In addition, there are three bedrooms, two with a double bed and another with two single beds, all of them equipped with air conditioning to guarantee a cool and pleasant stay. You will also find a second living room that can be converted into an additional bedroom thanks to its sofa bed. The villa has two bathrooms with a shower, one of them en suite.







Outside the villa, you will find a pleasant plot where you will find a kidney-shaped swimming pool with Roman stairs and outdoor shower, ideal for relaxing and enjoying your holiday. In addition, there is a pleasant solarium where you can enjoy views of the mountains and the sea.







The villa is located in a privileged urbanization, close to LA FUSTERA beach and a supermarket (0.5 km), as well as the center of Calpe and all services (4 km).
