Really great villa

A really super villa for a holiday with three teens. The villa was spotlessly clean, quiet, very spacious and incredibly well equipped. We loved the outside dining area and pool, particularly floating in the rubber rings provided.The air con is very quiet and effective - not noisy and rattly like we’ve experienced elsewhere. In fact the downstairs bedrooms are naturally cool, so we didn’t need to use it too much. Beds extremely comfy. if anything the villa is undersold - for instance there’s a utility room by the pool with an extra loo, plus an outside shower. Very easy to walk to local supermarket and beach, and Mandala beach bar does reasonably priced and tasty food (worth booking).The beach is packed in the day but lovely around 5pm. Very safe and laid back atmosphere (with lifeguards). Nice cliff walk from the beach to the nearby marina. We did suffer a little from mosquito bites, so worth bringing repellent and long trousers for the evening. A lovely and relaxing holiday and we’d definitely stay here again.

Having rented approx 20 villas over the years, this is one of the best we have had.It is very clean and very well equipped, has everything you might need whether it’s kitchen utensils, or a USB charger!There is plenty of outdoor space, and shade, if like me that is your preference.Plenty of space inside too, with reliable WiFi and good air con in all rooms.It is quiet, private, and not overlooked.The villa is less than a ten minute walk to a small cove beach, two restaurants and a supermarket.By car Moraira is approx 15-20 minutes and Calpe 10 minutes.This is one of the few villas that I would rent again.

Really Nice

We loved the house, adored the garden area / outside seating area and pool. The house had absolutely everything you could want, the kitchen is so well stocked and a pleasure to use. The house is airy and the downstairs especially stayed cool even in very hot temperatures. Everything was easy to use and easy to find. You can walk to the beach, about 8 minutes away, and there's a good beach bar/ restaurant there. It's definitely a good idea to have a car to drive to nearby Calpe and Moraira for more restaurant options and sightseeing. Highly recommended, we loved it!

Excellent choice for three generations

As other reviewers say, the house exceeds expectations and has everything- and more! - that a family would want and need for a really relaxing stay. The pool is fabulous with plenty of space for everyone. There are inflatables for children - and toys for the beach; a great bonus.We really appreciated the starter pack of groceries/wine. We’d just stocked up at Mercadona so duplicated some items but no matter!

Heerlijke vakantie gehad! Fijn huis op een goede locatie. Wat fijn zou zijn is horren voor de ramen en een zwembadhekje bij de wasruimte beneden. Verder helemaal top.

Exceeded all expectations.

We had a great stay. The place is exceptionally well equipped and exceeded our expectations. The hosts were very quick to respond to our message about the patio heater not working and being unable to locate any of the many corkscrews. There were lots of goodies left for us on our arrival which were much appreciated. The bougainvillea and hibiscus were magnificent and we heard nightingales most days. We were lucky with the weather and spent almost all our time outdoors. We can't recommend this property highly enough.

Sehr schöne Villa, mit viel Liebe ausgestattet. Licht, Bilder, Küche, Außenbereich, kühlgelegenheiten usw. Wie beschrieben super. Kleines Markel, Sauberkeit unter den Betten war sehr viele Utensilien von alten Gästen. Es war nicht gründlich gereinigt z.B. die Kühlschränke Grill usw. Bettwäche und Handtücher allerdings super Sauberkeit frisch. Im ganzen aber eine super Villa. Die Gastgeber haben immer sehr schnell geagier und sich um alles gekümmert. Top. Sehr freundlich. Kommen gerne Wieder.

Undersold Villa! It was Epic!

When we arrived at the villa we were blown away! The photos don’t do it justice! 8 adults stayed and you never felt on top of each other. Lots of lovely areas to relax away from everyone if needed! It was so so clean, light and airy. It had everything and more that you need. Lots of extras too! The wine and beer and other treats were such a lovely touch. The pool area was wonderful and had the sun all day. Lots of inflatable’s available and beach items should u need them. The only negative I can think of is the mosquitos but we were expecting those so came prepared. Katie was super helpful and responded to emails immediately. The local beach and supermarket are a short stroll away but it is worth getting a car to go into Calpe itself as the beach there is stunning. worl.

Wow!

The property far exceeds the photos/description and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay :) The property is immaculately clean and spacious, with the outside area and pool second to none. It is equipped with EVERYTHING you could possibly need and we honestly could not have asked or expected more. Katie is a very responsive host and the slightly later check out was much appreciated as our flight home wasn’t until the evening. Could not recommend this property more highly

Simply incredible

The most beautiful villa that has everything you need for an incredibly comfortable and luxurious stay. The pictures really don’t do it justice. The kitchen is the best stocked that I’ve ever had the experience of. More fridges and hi tech hi quality fixtures and fittings right through the villa. Wi-Fi is incredible in all areas - garden, pool, bedrooms and living area! The pool and BBQ area is to die for, and the security of the villa is second to none. Easy walking distance to lovely restaurants, bar and beach, and ideal location for visits to beautiful Moraira and Calpe. Air con right through the property and TVs with digital connections not only in every room but also in the outdoor lounge. We loved every minute and were incredibly sad to leave. We will be back - thank you Katie xx

Loved it here

Location: 10/10. Beautiful area, quiet, very clean, felt very safe letting the boys go off on their own. Local mini supermarket within walking distance. Lovely beach within walking distance. Just a short drive to Calpe if you wanted to shop for trinkets and more choice of restaurants/ Villa: 10/10. So much space inside, but we barely used it as were out on the patio the whole time. Huge living room with nice big TV. The Kitchen is exceptional and fully equipped. More fridges than you could ever need. Pool was just the right size for us. Host: 10/10. Katie was super-responsive and helpful, resolved an issue super-efficiently, couldn't have asked for any more. Weather: 10/10. Gloriously hot every day. 4 adults + 2 teenage boys. We all had a lovely time and were very happy with our choice of Casa Mar Vista. A car is essential for getting around. Would highly recommend taking some good mosquito repellent for the evenings, but local shops & chemists sell plenty. Would visit again in a heartbeat! Thank you

Beautiful Villa!

The villa was immaculately clean and had everything you needed for a break away with a large group! The pool is amazing and the outdoor bbq area is a great place to have a nice meal at night! Aircon throughout made it a pleasant place to be due to the temps being very high which was needed! The area is nice with a shop and beach down the road and calpe is only a 10 min drive if you want to go for a more lively place. Great villa overall and would love to come back!

Großzügige und super ausgestattete Villa

Die Villa ist sehr schön geschnitten, hat mehrere Außensitzmöglichkeiten für jede Witterung, eine Außenküche und einen großen und beheizbaren Pool. Der Pool ist räumlich abgetrennt durch Treppe und Kindersicherungstür, was ideal für das Baden mit zwei kleinen Kindern (3 + 5) geeignet ist. Alles war super sauber und die Besitzerin Katie jederzeit erreichbar. Die Lage ist ebenfalls sehr gut - Laufnähe zum Strand und zum Supermarkt, der sogar am Sonntag geöffnet hat. Sehr empfehlenswert!

Just do it! Absolute gem of a find.

I was wowed by the pictures and overviews online ... couldn't believe that it was even nicer in reality! Honestly this property is fantastic and we will 100% return. Ive already sent the link to friends and family. My reasons: Villa is so spacious, super clean, luxurious and outside area is superb. The area of Calpe is the nicest I have been to in Spain. Host so responsive and she has amazing recommendations for restaurants etc. Slept like babies - so quiet and relaxing there. Just do it....click book now!!

Tolles Haus mit allem ( und etwas mehr) was man mit Familie im Urlaub braucht. Kleine Probleme wurden von Stuart und Katie sehr schnell behoben. Vielen Dank für einen überragenden Aufenthalt!!

Wonderful villa in a lovely location

We had a wonderful stay in this villa, and would 100% recommend to anyone else considering a holiday in the Calpe area. The villa is fully equipped with all amenities needed for a stay, not only as a holiday rental, but also feeling like being at home. Excellent response from the owners for any queries, and we will definitely look to return to this property in the future. 10/10 for everything.

Entspannter Aufenthalt

Haus war wie beschrieben, besonders hervorzuheben ist die moderne Küche und der tolle Außenbereich. In 8-10 Minuten ist man einer schönen sandigen kleinen Bucht mit leckerem Strandrestaurant. Unkomplizierter Kontakt. Wir hatten eine schöne Zeit.
