The 3rd has 4 x single or 2 x king and the fourth has 4 single beds . There is also a sleep out with a 2 x singles or one x king . Perfect for a large group or family. Add to this a spacious lounge and 2 bathrooms and 2 toilets - the ultimate in size, space and comfort. Each room (including sleep out) has a built in split system air conditioner for all year round comfort.
Plus house has a ducted heater/cooler system.

What a great place - beautifully renovated & cared for property in a great location. We only stayed 1 night but are already talking about a return visit. In addition, it was lovely to arrive on a very cold evening & find the gas fire alight, not only making it warm but alsp creating a very welcoming atmosphere.
