Convenient East Side location, 5 min drive to downtown Bend. Very close/easy walking distance to grocery stores, restaurants, coffee shops, and two very popular food truck lots.

Hosts are available by phone for recommendations, to answer any questions, etc. but you will have full privacy from check-in to check-out. A substantial guest book with personal recommendations from the host has been compiled for guest's convenience.

This home is a 2-3 minute walk (less than 0.2 miles) from the River's Place Food Truck Lot/Tap Room. This is a great tap room with award-winning food trucks, regular live music, large outdoor area.

Only a 10-minute walk (0.6 miles) away is the popular On Tap food truck lot--this is a slightly larger food truck lot that also has frequent live music and some of the best food in town.

An extremely convenient shopping center is about 0.3 miles from the front door of this home. This shopping center has a few great food options, a Safeway Grocery Store, Wholefoods, Costco, and Starbucks to name a few. Walk to Hola restaurant, a Mexican-Peruvian Fusion restaurant that has won "Best Margarita in Bend" four years in a row!

Looking to get a good look at the City of Bend when you arrive? The trail head to Pilot Butte is a 0.7 mile walk from the front door. At the top of pilot butte (only about a mile hike from the trailhead, but a somewhat steep trail) you'll enjoy 360-degree views of Bend and the Cascade Range. In the warmer months you can also drive to the top if you choose, but the road is closed in the winter.

Guests have access to the entire property with the exception of the garage and a few closets locked for owner storage.

Roomy kitchen with multiple cabinets left open for guest pantry. Ample selection of cookware provided, including basic spices & cooking oil. Coffee Maker, French Press, Blender, Espresso Machine available for use. Large farmhouse kitchen table comfortably seats 8. Appliances include a large fridge, dishwasher, gas range, and a washer/dryer with iron and steamer available upstairs.

Upstairs there are 3 Bedrooms, each with a King Size Bed, as well as a completely private Den/Office with a Queen Size Bed. The Master Suite is large, with vaulted ceilings, a large 6' soaker-tub, separate shower, and double vanity.

The backyard is fenced in with designated areas (bark) for dogs to do their business. The majority of the yard is finished with Decomposed Granite and furnished with plenty of places to relax. The large gas fire pit with built-in bench is perfect for decompressing after a long day exploring Bend.

TVs with Netflix, Hulu, Apple TV, and Amazon Prime are available for use in the Great Room and the Master Suite.

In the event that your trip to Bend is not ALL play, desk space is available for use in the den/office as well as a small desk downstairs in the great room.

Note: Three closets and the garage are locked to guests as they are reserved for owner storage. A coat closet is available for guest use downstairs and each bedroom has a closet or similar clothes storage space available.

Luckily Bend is relatively small and easy to get around no matter where you are. This home is a couple hundred feet from a city bus stop if you're without a vehicle, but the area is also widely served by Uber and Lyft and a car will typically arrive within minutes.

Almost every road in Bend is accompanied by sidewalks and bicycle lanes if that's more your style--so getting around shouldn't be an issue no matter your preference.

This is a brand new home, construction was completed in 2020.

To ensure a clean and comfortable environment for all guests, we maintain a strict no-smoking policy, both inside and outside our home. We want everyone to enjoy the fresh air and beautiful surroundings!

If evidence of smoking is found, a cleaning fee of $500 will be charged. This helps us keep the space enjoyable for everyone. Thank you for respecting our home and helping us maintain a healthy and smoke-free environment!

We love having pets stay and want to keep our home a relaxing retreat for everyone! Please pick up after your pet so we can all enjoy the beautiful space. A $50 fee will apply if we need to handle any pet cleanup.

Although we clean thoroughly between stays, those occasional rogue hairs may still pop up. Thank you for your help in keeping our home pet-friendly and comfortable for all!
