3 Cultus Lane is a lovely two story home and the perfect Sunriver getaway for any season. This home has 1,967 sq. ft. of living space, 4 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms making this a cozy spot for up to 8 people. Inside you will find a great room with vaulted wood accented ceilings comfortable furnishings and a wood burning fireplace. Outside there is an expansive deck and gorgeous landscaping perfect for gathering and enjoying the warm summer weather.
Additional features of this home include:
• Spacious well stocked kitchen with plenty of room for preparing snack or a meal with friends or family
• Dining room table that seats 8 with additional seating at the bar
• Upstairs master suite with king sized bed, TV, private balcony and a beautifully updated master bath with dual sinks, walk-in tile shower, soaking tub and lots of natural light
• There is a second king suite on the main level with TV/DVD and private access to the back deck and hot tub. The attached bath has a shower and dual vanity
• There are two additional bedrooms on the main level one with a queen bed and TV and the other with a pyramid bunk bed. These bedrooms share the updated main level guest bath with dual vanity and tub/shower
