* Smoking, vaping, and shisha are not allowed inside the property

* Only registered guests are permitted to stay overnight

* Pets only allowed with prior approval

* Please observe quiet hours between 10:00 PM – 8:00 AM

* Keep doors and windows secure when leaving the property

* Please switch off lights, heating, and appliances when not in use



🧼 Cleanliness & Care



* Please treat the property with care and respect

* Dispose of rubbish in the appropriate bins provided

* Report any damages or maintenance issues as soon as possible

* Please leave the property in a reasonably tidy condition at check-out



🔐 Security & Safety



* Valid ID may be required via a secure third-party verification system

* A £200 refundable security deposit may be required, collected securely via 3rd Party or Airbnb Resolution Centre and refunded after inspection, provided house rules are followed

* Alternatively, guests may opt for a £107 non-refundable damage waiver instead of the deposit

* Always lock the property when leaving

* Do not tamper with smoke alarms or safety devices

* The property must only be used for lawful purposes

* Strictly no firearms, fireworks, explosives, or hazardous materials allowed

* Any illegal activity will result in immediate termination of the stay without refund

* Illegal downloading or misuse of internet services is strictly prohibited
