A beautiful, modern mountain home with all the charm of the 12th-century town of Bellver de Cerdanya, built in 2006 with unobstructed views of the Cadí Mountains and overlooking the Segre tributary, the "Riu de Sta. Maria," which flows past the house. Just a few kilometers from the slopes of Masella and La Molina, 25 km from the French slopes, and 38 km from the Andorran slopes.<br><br>On the day of arrival, the beds are made and the house is ready for occupancy. Excellent welcome service—in winter, the house’s electric heating is already on upon arrival and operates automatically. <br>Discounted rates for longer stays during the winter and summer seasons<br><br>The house features a large living room, a comfortable lounge set with an armchair and ottoman, and a large metal fireplace with a glass door and oven; the open-concept kitchen dominates the entire living area and offers a view of the garden, fully equipped with a stove, refrigerator, microwave, oven, toaster, Nespresso coffee maker, dishwasher, and a washer and dryer in the tower. Wi-Fi is included throughout the house.<br><br>On the first floor is the master bedroom with a double bed and an en suite bathroom, from which you can access the private bathroom with a bathtub. This room also has a balcony with a magnificent view of the Cadí. On the same floor are two additional bedrooms, each with two single beds, all equipped with closets. The floor is completed by a bathroom with a large walk-in shower.<br>On the top floor, there is a room with a sloped ceiling, a double bed, and two vertical windows that make it very bright; it also features a flat-screen TV, a clothes rack, and a heater with a “simulated fire.” <br>All rooms have oil-filled radiators or electric storage heaters and exterior windows.<br>Access to and a view of the approximately 100 m² garden from the living room. Garden furniture is provided in the summer. There is also ample parking in the shared parking lot and a storage room for skis and firewood. <br>Towels and bed linens are included only for stays of more than 2 nights.
