 La beautĂ© du lieu ne suffit pas Ă  faire oublier le reste. Chambre vieillotte, sans climatisation, espaces communs mal entretenus, piscines et toilettes communes dans un Ă©tat insalubre. Accueil froid, parfois presque insultant, que ce soit Ă  la rĂ©ception ou au restaurant (mĂȘme si le repas en lui-mĂȘme Ă©tait trĂšs bon). Le sentiment d’inconfort a Ă©tĂ© renforcĂ© par le fait qu’on m’ait reprochĂ© d’avoir rĂ©servĂ© via Expedia. Notre catĂ©gorie de chambre n’étant plus disponible, l’hĂŽtel a choisi de nous sous-classer et a jouĂ© la carte de “l’erreur” lorsque je l’ai signalé  mais sans jamais prĂ©senter d’excuses. Nous avons finalement obtenu la vue mer rĂ©servĂ©e, mais on nous a fait entrer dans la chambre alors que la femme de mĂ©nage se dĂ©pĂȘchait encore de terminer. Bref, une expĂ©rience extrĂȘmement dĂ©cevante, loin de ce que l’on peut attendre pour le prix payĂ© et indigne de la rĂ©putation de cet hĂŽtel.

Les prestations sont de trĂšs bon niveau sans ĂȘtre rĂ©ellement luxueuses. Le service est trĂšs attentionnĂ© mais pas guindĂ©. La table est excellente, que ce soit le CafĂ© Clara ou Ă  plus forte raison Le 180°, restaurant gastronomique Ă  essayer au moins une fois. Si le temps n'est pas au beau, vous pouvez vous rabattre sur la piscine couverte et son jacuzzi. Au total, c'est un Ă©tablissement tout Ă  fait recommandable.

Assez déçue par le confort qui n’est pas Ă  la hauteur d’un relais chĂąteau 4 Ă©toiles. Immeubles vĂ©tustes et moquettes tachĂ©es. Aucune serviette Ă  disposition au niveau de la thalasso et pas de presse dans l’hĂŽtel. Aucune anticipation des besoins des clients (on doit demander constamment). Plus de produit douche dans la salle de bain Ă  notre arrivĂ©e. Le sens du service est vraiment Ă  revoir. Je suis habituĂ©e de ce genre d’établissement et lĂ  vraiment je trouve que ce n’est pas Ă  la hauteur.

Tout Ă©tait super ! Le seul petit bĂ©mol impossible de manger dehors car beaucoup de guĂȘpes et fourmis volantes ! Sinon la vue, piscine extĂ©rieure et les restaurants sont trĂšs bien !
