The spaces have been designed to offer comfort and functionality, with a view of the city that allows you to admire the movement of the characteristic historic center directly from the windows.

I loved the location and the balcony! It was a little uncomfortable with no air conditioning or cooling system but overall it was excellent! I would definitely stay there again! We did not use the kitchen but it was fully stocked with dishes and a full size refrigerator which was also so nice!

The location is unbeatable—right at the bottom of Bellagio’s famous staircase. We loved sitting on the balcony each evening listening to the live music. The apartment was also very clean when we arrived. A few things to know before booking: there is no air conditioning. During the record-breaking heat wave it was brutal. We had to sleep with the windows open for cooler air, which also let in flies, spiders, and other bugs. This may not be an issue during cooler months, but it’s worth considering for summer stays. The host was responsive and brought us a second fan the morning after we mentioned the heat, but unfortunately it was a tower fan and didn’t help much. There is also no oven. The towel rack was pulling out of the wall, and although the loose doorknob was repaired during our stay, the door was still difficult to open. We also didn’t realize the wine glasses were stored in the living room until after borrowing some from a local shop. Parking was a downside. Loading and unloading luggage was a nightmare due to the location. One suggestion: send the helpful arrival tips before check-in instead of the morning after. They would have made our arrival much smoother. Overall, this is a clean apartment in an incredible location. With a few maintenance updates, better pre-arrival communication, and A/C, it would easily be a 5-star stay.
