Was a little disappointed that the room I had booked with 2 queens was said to be in the “hot” part of the hotel and if we wanted a cooler room we would need to get a room with double beds instead.

We drove six hours before we landed at the hotel, it was semi-late and we were exhausted. Front staff was friendly at check-in. Got into our room and found dried urine on the pullout, called front desk, no apologies just that they’d send housekeeping up. Housekeeping said yeah it happens people pee on the sofa and it leaks through, stripped all bedding, brought in new said he’d follow-up in morning with manager and housekeeping. We heard nothing. Frustrating as we expect more from this brand of hotel. In addition light bulb was burnt out in bathroom and there was mold on shower wall that with little scrubbing came clean. Spoke with front staff at checkout and was told management wasn’t available and she was sorry. Totally disgusted.
