Staff members were friendly and facility and room are clean. The only thing I have to say is parking space is limited and far away.

Customer service was terrible. Nobody seemed happy to be working—especially in the restaurant and no complimentary coffee anywhere in the lobby! Pillows and beds were very uncomfortable and the whole space felt tired. Won’t stay again.

A great place to stay for a few nights in Yellowstone. We were in one of the cabins and it was spacious, comfy and had all the amenities. The nearby Snow Lodge was in walking distance for dinner.

Staffs are nice and kind, but unfortunately my room was not good because of smell. The room smells might come from linen, bed and pillow. Pillow smelled terrible even we changed pillow case which I had mine from home by case.

Long walk from parking to front desk and elevators. Clean and comfortable accommodations. Few food options with long waits or short hours. Visited in mid-October and South entrance road was closed due to icy conditions. Might have chosen to stay on West Yellowstone instead.

The room was a little small for the furniture put in the room (the over stuffed chair and desk took up some walking room). No microwave. A kettle instead of a coffee pot with coffee pods that had to be used like teabags. Because there was not a microwave I could not heat up my coffee when the cup cooled off. That said, we liked the hotel, staff was helpful, and the decor is perfect for the area.
