This former saddler's shop in the heart of the Perche region has retained its old-world charm while offering modern comforts. Location: Enjoy the countryside close to small, renowned food shops. Located 5 minutes from the motorway exit, 7 minutes from the magnificent 18-hole golf course of Souancé-au-Perche, and 15 minutes from the Nogent-le-Rotrou train station. On the first floor, a large open-plan living area with lounge, dining room, and kitchen of 45m². A large table for 8 people plus an additional extendable table allows for up to 14 guests.
