TERRIBLE

Nobody knows RedDoorz Premium, surprisingly the hotel name is actually called Cardinal Lucky Star. A "no star" grade but rated 3.5 stars in Hotels.com The cleanliness was beyond description, stains on carpet, dust on everywhere and the room is full of bad smell coming from the toilet pipes. Though nearby the Grand Batam Mall, no paved path to walk over to and from hotel. Better take a taxi or Grab when you step out the hotel. A terrible choice after all booking through Hotels.com this time
