Good Place

I’m only giving this 4 stars because there is clear wear and tear to some items in the unit. The privacy blinds in the master are missing many pieces and don’t really provide privacy anymore and the remote for the upstairs AC unit stopped functioning. The unit itself was very clear and neat and comfortable. We had a nice stay.

Condo in Bartlett

Overall our stay was ok. There was a little trouble with the keys due to a late check in and miscommunication. The front door was also very different to unlock. The property was exactly as listed and the house itself was nice. Some of the beds had dirt in them and there was stuff still in the house from previous stays. Other than a few other small issues we had a great time.

Great Getaway!

Home is exactly as pictured! There are two balconies (1st-off master/living room; 2nd-loft bedroom) which were perfect for morning coffee and evening drink. Kids loved the loft bedroom as there was plenty of space to play/hang out/watch movies. The home was equipped with everything you needed. Great location to clubhouse open from 9am-5pm (reservations are required 24hrs in advance). We enjoyed daily hikes to various nearby locations. Nearby restaurants were delicious all around. The check in/checkout process was seamless with Ryan! Highly recommend it to anyone looking for getaway or a long week!

Condo was great. It was clean and the Seasons is always a fantastic property for the kids. Couple small things that were more of a nuisance than they were a future deal breaker.

We had a great time and the condo was perfect for our families. The only complaints were that the showers were confusing to get going and also we wish that we knew ahead of time that we had to have reservations for the clubhouse as we didn't see the tiny piece of paper until after.

Great Location & Relaxing

Very large and spacious, plenty of beds, blankets, towels, cooking pans etc. Friendly staff at club house. Woodstove was amazing especially after having heating issues one night. The clubhouse had designated times to book for use of the facility but they were very fair about the use and no issues. Club house could use some updating and cleaning but other wise very relaxing and fun. Everything is super close, stores and places to eat. We cannot wait to stay again. FYI -It's cheaper to book through the resort themselves then to book on VRBO directly, we found this out booking for our next stay, but still enjoyed every bit of our stay.

Nice clean Condo - Nice set-up

There should have been some information about the woodstove. We were unsure if we were able to use it. No cable for the DVD player. Reached out to host twice with no response. Not a huge factor, but ceiling fan switch should have been labled. The Condo was beautiful, bedding was very comfortable in all rooms. Kitchen was set up great and had everything you would need. I would definitely recommend this Condo.

It was nice

We love New Hampshire our stay was pleasant. We did our walk around when we got in to find the chair in the living room with its arm broken and unusable, the bed in the reg room had a mattress pad on it that did not fit the size of the bed, the threshold from the kitchen to the dining room not connected to the floor, pour draining in the master shower, the shower head in the reg bathroom not attached to the wall and the bedding didn’t smell clean(we did bring our own blankets). I sent emails to the contact person I have and the property manager and never received a response. The condo is in a great area and we have stayed there many times in the past just not with this company we usually use air b&b where they have direct owners and are not company owned. Verbo charges you a fee for quick responses and to handle any problem you may have but again I emailed and got no response from the people I was to be in contact with throughout our stay. The upside is we enjoyed ourselves even in the rain being out and about as we do when we are in New Hampshire, and going to the fryburg fair that we visit every year. This condo it very poorly managed and I will not be renting another property that involves this property management company and thats sad to say because they had good reviews!

Amazing mountain getaway!!

I rented this place to celebrate my sons 10th birthday and my sisters birthday as they share a Bday. There was 9 of us total 6 adults and 3 children and the house fit us all perfectly! The interior of the house itself is very nicely done and it defiantly has a nice cozy home feel to it. The club house is great for the kids as well as the adults and there is plenty to do in the area to keep though busy! I think this will turn into a yearly trip from here out as we all had a great time, looking forward to renting this property again!!

Updated, Clean & Comfortable

This is a great condo with lots of parking and is very clean. Couches and beds are comfortable and in very good condition. It really has everything you need in the kitchen and even extra shampoo/soap if you forget yours. It was beautifully decorated so it really felt like a home away from home. The kids loved using the pool, hot tub and basketball court. You really won't regret staying at this Seasons resort condo.
