Staff, very nice woman checked us in with an infectious smile and the valet on duty Thurs 3-ish is a very nice, patient young guy who stood by while I fumbled with keys coats and travel trash. And yes, he did repeatedly offer to take our bag and my coat! Very clean, well kept, recently completed complete updates and refurbish.

The room was great, but the bathroom was just old and yucky. The tub had stains / dark spots that made it feel dirty so we did not shower during our stay which was a disappointment

The downtown central location was perfect. Easy walking to everything - restaurants, bars, coffee shops, shopping and parks and museums. Hotel felt a little aged, though, but comfortable, clean and offered a nice gym and pool.

The room was cozy. The bathroom shower could have used a good clean. Yellow stains and mold in the caulking. The staff was attentive and kind. Even let us barrow a fan for the night. Something to note ..thermostat could only get to 68, made for a warm night.

Front desk was helpful. Found it awful that the water bottles in the room were free to members and a charge for others, tacky. It's a water bottle . If you need to do it that way, give it to the members at the front desk at check in.

The hotel advertised several amenities that were simply not true. We were told the jacuzzi was open from 6:00 a.m. to 11:00 p.m., but it was closed at 10:00 p.m. They also claimed to have a bar, but it was not open as advertised and is apparently only open Monday through Friday, not on Sundays. Breakfast was also advertised, but there was no breakfast available on Sundays or Mondays. None of this information was clearly disclosed beforehand. The jacuzzi itself was another serious issue. It was visibly dirty and appeared to have excessive chlorine. After using it, we developed skin rashes all over our bodies, which raises major concerns about cleanliness and health standards. On top of that, after connecting to the hotel’s front desk Wi-Fi, our phone was compromised, which is extremely alarming. Guests should be able to trust that the Wi-Fi provided by a hotel is safe and secure. Overall, the services and amenities advertised by this property were misleading, and the experience was unsafe, uncomfortable, and far from what was promised. This was not just poor service — it felt dishonest and unacceptable. I would not recommend staying here.

My rooms shades did not move, they would not cover the window at all so last night my three kids couldn’t sleep because of all the lights and we were woken up by the light at the crack of dawn. I want a partial refund of my stay. Called maintenance at 10pm and he couldn’t fix it. He seemed very confused.
