Welcome to our laid-back Yeppoon surfers retreat, an old-school coastal home full of character, sea breezes, and relaxed beach-town charm. Just minutes from Yeppoon’s main street, this is the perfect base to slow down, explore the coast, and live like a local.

Set on timber floors and soaked in salt air, the house opens onto a large open deck overlooking the Keppel Islands, where morning coffees, sunset drinks, and long coastal evenings quickly become a daily ritual. There’s even a bar fridge on the deck, so cold drinks are always within reach.



🏠 The Space

The home comfortably sleeps guests across 3 bedrooms and 4 beds:

Main bedroom: Queen bed

Second bedroom: Single-over-double bunk

Third bedroom: Single bed

There is 1 bathroom with a separate toilet. Please note the house is not suitable for guests with mobility issues, however there is a chair available that can be used in the shower if needed.

There’s no air conditioning, but ceiling fans throughout and constant cool ocean breezes keep the home comfortable year-round — it’s part of the authentic coastal experience.
