**March 2020 implemented a new cleaning protocol to meet the latest guidance on hygiene and cleaning
This bright and modern 50m2 apartment has 1 double bedroom with a full bathroom and a second bedroom with a single bed with another bathroom. The living room includes a single sofa bed and a flat-screen TV. Ideal for young couples and being able to enjoy Barcelona from a strategic point. Or families with a child who wants a quiet stay in a completely renovated building.
The kitchen is fully equipped and fully open to the dining room, allowing you to enjoy a large space. The double room has a great calm when opening onto an interior patio.
It is a great option. Located in a very quiet area, this apartment will allow you to enjoy the view of Gaudí's fabulous work: La Sagrada Familia.
IMPORTANT INFORMATION
- Check-in from 15 p.m.
- Check-out before 11 a.m.
- The apartment is a non-smoking apartment.
- Parties in the apartment are not allowed.
- Additional charges: Barcelona city tax 6.88€ per person per night (max 7 nights) Late check-in fee of 30€ after 21h and 60€ after midnight.
- A 300€ security deposit will be charged at the check in, as a guarantee, and refunded at check-out

Super close to Sagrada Family
This was a great stay! Really close to La Sagrada Familia and Calle Gaudí where there were many eateries and souvenir shops.
