Discover this spacious flat on Avenida Paral·lel, ideal for families,
small groups or working stays in Barcelona. With capacity for 4 people,
the flat offers a comfortable and functional layout to enjoy the city
in complete comfort.

The flat has three bedrooms: one double bedroom and two bedrooms with
single beds. The double bedroom has access to a balcony overlooking a
large interior courtyard, providing a quiet space typical of classic
Barcelona buildings. All bedrooms, as well as the living room, are
equipped with split air conditioning, ensuring comfort throughout the
year.

The flat has a full bathroom with a shower and a fully equipped
separate kitchen, ideal for preparing your meals at home. The living
room is bright and cosy, offering a pleasant space to relax after a day
exploring the city.

The building has an old lift, characteristic of traditional Barcelona
buildings, which can sometimes generate some noise. In addition, the

🚭 Accommodation rules: Smoking is strictly prohibited in any area of
the flat, including balconies and terraces, ensuring a clean and

Thanks to its location on Avenida Paral·lel, you will be close to
Poble-sec, Montjuïc, Las Ramblas and public transport, making it easy
to explore the city and its main attractions. This flat combines

Important Notice: From January 12th to 30th, 2026, renovation work will
take place in the building’s entrance hall. There may be occasional
noise or disturbance during the daytime. Access to the apartment will
remain available at all times.

At the moment the building next door is undertaking some works so
during the day you may heard some noise

Please note the following important information before booking:

- Replacement of towels, sheets, or toilet paper is not included.

- Baby crib:

Price: EUR 30.00 per reservation. It is not guaranteed, guests must
request it 24-48 hours in advance and if available we will provide it.

-Extra guest:

Each extra guest not included in the reservation will be
charged €10 per night.

-The use of the elevator by neighbors can generate noise during the day
and night.

-Arrival after hours:

- Our check-in time is from 3:00 p.m. to 7 p.m., Monday to Friday (ask
us if you want to check in earlier). Outside these hours we will charge
€30 in cash, after 10pm it will be €50.

- If the arrival day is a local or national holiday, weekends, the cost
will be 30 EUR until 10 p.m., after 10 p.m. it will be 50 EUR.

- If the arrival day is 12/25, 12/26 and 01/01 the charges will be as
follows: 50 EUR until 10 p.m., after 10 p.m. 60 euros.

- The Tourist Tax in force in Barcelona 2023 will apply.
(€6,25/person/night, over 16 years of age and up to 7 nights).

- Smoking is NOT ALLOWED under any circumstances. Receiving a report or
having evidence that smoking in the apartment will result in immediate
eviction from the apartment and a fine of at least 400 euros. Smoking
in the apartment or patio is prohibited.

- Parties or meetings are NOT ALLOWED under any circumstances. If we
receive a report and/or the police, security or neighbors intervene,
you will have to pay a fine of €500 (in addition to the police fine).
