Air-conditioned TERRACED HOUSE with swimming pool for 4 to 6 people

Perched on the back of the MAS NATURA as a "bird's nest", this first adjoining cottage on the ground floor (67 m2) is intended for 4 to 6 people. You enter through a private entrance and a balcony with panoramic views of the Valley of Aspres and the Massif des Alberes, with the sea on the horizon. Inside, beautiful bright spaces mix the modern vintage spirit and the charm of wood with an entrance overlooking, on the right, on a large living room dining room and sofa bed and, on the left, a new, modern and fully equipped kitchen, then an Italian-style shower room and an independent toilet next to 2 beautiful rooms that look directly onto a large private and sheltered terrace, at the calm and at the back of the large garden, close to the pool common to salts so without chemical chlorine and fenced (open from late April to October, from 9am to 9pm for cleaning between 9pm and 9am). Just below is an open access gym - full of indoor games (with tablefoot, darts, etc.) and outdoors (tennis table, large trampoline, badminton...).

Do not have parties or other events (sound system and speakers prohibited), even in the garden and around the swimming pool, to respect the neighborhood and the environment.
Ecological lodging with rainwater collectors, composts, solar panels for self-consumption during the day and reversible air conditioning and water heater, salt pool for water reserve (also obligatory ashtrays) plancha with gas rather than barbecue, rental organic cotton towels and bed linen, ecological cleaning products, zero pesticides, plastic and recycled waste.

Outdoor smoking areas only on balconies and terraces with ashtrays. Animals accepted (except around the swimming pool) and under supervision, such as young children never to be left alone either in the accommodation or outside.

Included with the rental : loads (heating, water, electricity, taxes and taxes), WIFI and large parking, bed equipment (cousins, duvets, blankets...), table linen (tablecloths, towels) and kitchen (towels, sponge, household products), but not bed linen or towels (to be brought or rented if necessary and requested beforehand, also provide your own towels).

Just provide extra on arrival: €50 cleaning fee + €500 deposit by check or cash (returned on departure)

Finally, be aware that for reservations by the week or more it is possible to modulate your time and day of arrival and departure on simple request 24 hours before (for example arrival rather on Sunday or leaving on Friday...). On the other hand, the prices are fixed and neither no-shows nor cancellations will be reimbursed (except general confinement and other cases of force majeure with proof).
