The property was handy to exploring and enjoying Bangkok. The bus station is right there and plenty of opportunities to shop in the streets all around the property. Perfect if you enjoy the nightlife as there are plenty of bars and restaurants downstairs. The pool was a highlight. Almost felt like you were in a different world when you walked in from the streets. Would stay again.

I booked this hotel for my girlfriend a week before I arrive. She works on Khao San Road and getting home was absolutely chaotic due to Songkran. Villa Cha Cha made it easy while providing a gorgeous room for her to stay in and avoid the traffic. She said the bed was cozy, the shower and bathroom were nice, and the pool looked very nice. Overall cannot wait for my stay so I can review again from my point of view!

We loved the location of this property - close enough to everything, yet enough distance from the noise of the khaosan road. Rooms were reasonably sized and clean, good enough for the 3 day stay (4 rooms in our group). We were prewarned that the rooms did not have windows which was fine, however you would expect more internal lighting than there was. Poorly lit, ok if you didn’t spend much time there. Reception staff were excellent and couldn’t do enough for you. Be warned though if you book through Expedia and need to contact the hotel directly the back office team are extremely unresponsive. We tried to speak to them urgently a few days before our stay - no response by email, phone (straight through to answerphone on several attempts) or message via Expedia. Very poor customer service. Also unresponsive during and after our stay. We have deliberately waited a few weeks before writing our review in the hope that this position would change, but alas still no.
