Sadly the only negative part to our amazing trip to thailand. So we had a problem as soon as we checked in. The two bunk beds in our family room were crawling with ants. The staff were informed and came to verify, however told us that housekeeping would come the next day to clean it for us. We informed them that that doesn't help our situation as we are short two beds and asked to speak to the manager. We were told the manager is away and will not respond to any messages. We told them that's absurd and the fact that nothing is being done to help us contact someone who can change our situation is ridiculous. We asked if we could switch rooms, initially we were told no as the staff claimed the hotel was full only to be told minutes later that a suite with 2 queen beds could be given to us. We then asked to view the room before we accept and to our bemusement was told we could absolutely not view the room before we took them. Which we said doesnt make sense, we cant view a room to make sure its up to par before we accept it? Especially when you had ants in the other one? The next day the ants were still in our bunk beds rendering 2 beds unusable. One of my friends who still chose to sleep in one of them was riddled with bites. We brought this up and were told once again, nothing could be done and that the manager/owner is unreachable. Also that under no circumstance would they give us a refund.

We had some concerns after reading some bad reviews about the property. However, our experience turned out to be a pleasant one. Room was basic but clean, which was our top priority. Very basic facilities but sufficient if just needed a decent place for sleeps. Walking distance to Pratunam area with many restaurants, massage parlours along the way. Having said that distance to the nearest BTS is not very near although walkable.

I would say it was not what i expected, it is more of a hostel instead if hotel. I end up booking another hotel and paid again. The front desk at the time was sympathetic and for that I sppreciated it.

Not an ideal location although the walk to Baiyoke is not too long. Rather confusing walk towards the hotel and the lanes gets rather dark and can be intimidating. Room has a strong smell. Toilet ventilation is noisy. Door is creaky. Toothbrushes not provided. Bottled water provided only for day1. Housekeeping/bedsheets and towels will be change only after 3nights. Room cleaning only every 2days. Toilet rule is DO NOT THROW toilet paper into toilet bowl. Water dispenser provided at the lobby has a strange taste. No toilet available at the lobby. Upon check out, no staff was around. Many luggages can be seen left in the lobby. Not secured and that anyone can walk in to take them away.

We just loved every minute of our visit. The apartment is beautifully furnished with particular attention to all the details for the best comfort. We felt very comfortable, safe, and it was very clean. The location was great, too. It made our stay on Bangkok even better than we could have hoped for.

This place is a gem! Location is perfect you can walk to most of the cities shopping district (Pratunam Area) within 10-20. The room is clean and comes with everything you need to enjoy your stay in Bangkok.

I booked this hotel more than half a year ago because of the good reviews, which I think the good reviews were from the stays before covid as the hotel was still new and in good condition. I slowly started to see many bad reviews coming in after my booking. But I couldn’t cancel it due to non-cancellation policy. So our group just hoped that we shouldn’t be so unlucky to encounter a bad experience. I booked a junior suite with 2 bedrooms and a sofa bed for 5 adults which I assumed Expedia or the hotel would charge accordingly based on the numbers of people and got basic amenities for 5 people. I also double confirmed with them through WhatsApp but hotel didn’t mention any extra charges for the 5th person. When we realised that short of one blanket and towel, we requested from the receptionist, the girl just replied me ….. my manager says…my manager says……they charged 200 baht for the blanket. I then WhatsApp to the manager, he/she replied that I can request but they can don’t accept. He/she said that other customers paid their room with extra person but our room didn’t. What a ridiculous explanation. I booked for 5 persons yet you just charged for 4. We decided not to argue further to spoil our holidays. One of us just used few of the towels as a blanket for 5 nights as all of us brought our own towels. The floor are very dirty, got to wear shoes in the room. No housekeeping unless you request for every 2 days. We will not come back again.
