1. 장점.
1) 조용하다.
2) 직원들이 친절하다.
3) 객실이 청결하다.
4) 호텔에서 요리하는 음식이 타 호텔에 비해 저렴하고, 맛이 좋다. 특히, 쏨땀이 정말 맛있다.
5) 매일 침구류 커버를 교체해주고, 청결하게 청소를 해준다.
2. 단점.
1) 직원들이 익스피디아를 모르는 것 같다. 익스피디아로 아침 식사를 포함한 옵션 으로 예약을 했는데도, 자기들은 처음 듣는 것 마냥 한참을 해매었다. 아무래도 익스피디아로 이용한 고객이 없었고, 그 날 바로바로 결재해서 1박씩 묵고 가는 손님이 많았나 보다.
2) 호텔 위치가 상당히 안쪽에 위치해서 택시나 오토바이 기사들이 찾아가는데 난해해 하더라.
3) 수영장 물을 소독제를 좀 써서 소독을 해주었으면 좋겠다. 수영을 하고 싶었는데 수영장 물 위에 거품이 많이 떠있어서 피부병이 걸릴까봐 수영은 못하였다.
4) 아침 식사를 해주는 직원이 있는데 거스름돈을 안가지고 다닌다. 아침 식사가 150바트인데 200바트를 주면 거스름돈이 없다고 그냥 팁으로 달라고 하더라.
