Really well thought out room layout. Very large bench to put a suitcase on and a few hangar rods for clothes. Good bathroom lighting and lots of counter space. AC worked quickly. The bed seemed quite firm but lying down was actually very comfortable and the pillows were great! I had one dinner in the restaurant and it was really delicious. Yes, the shuttle is more expensive than an app, but the seamlessness is hard to beat. Staff English level was good enough for simple hospitality needs. Sure, it isn't a luxury hotel, but it is a very comfortable airport hotel, ticking all the boxes and then some. I would stay here again for an overnight sojourn to or from the airport. The thing that let it down the most was the shower, whose holder was screwed directly into the wall and didn't flex. So the water came out at a very awkward and inconvenient angle. All in all, recommended!

Check in swift, room spotlessly clean, pool nice with a few sunbeds and other seats available. Thai food outlets and 7 11 about 10 to 15 mins walk. Bolt taxi to airport 105 baht. Checkout no extra to 2pm and then 700 baht to 6pm. Very realxed last day as a result.
