This was a good find for our group. Enough beds, and place was as described. But there are some caveats. Access is from the rear, but only one parking spot there, our group had three cars so two had to park out front. There was always a parking space on the street, but the front porch is in need of a clean up, a working porch light and perhaps a way to access when coming in from the street. Maybe a little landscaping out front would help, it is a very small area but needs some clean up also. The kitchen was not pictured but it is a very nicely remodeled kitchen that was decently stocked for maybe four people. As there are beds for 12, a few more cups and glasses, cutlery and a coffee maker for 12 instead of 4 would be helpful. The home was clean, fun decor but not child friendly. I had to move a few pieces out of the reach of young children. The basement steps are very steep and there is no handrail. As a senior it did not feel safe to me. There is a full bathroom on each floor; all were nicely remodeled. Main floor bathroom got clogged easily, need a working plunger available. Also there were ants in the living room.
The neighborhood may feel unsafe to some, but as a Baltimore resident for over 30 years I did not feel unsafe during our stay. There is easy access to main roads and close proximity to groceries, restaurants and downtown attractions.
Despite this list, we enjoyed our stay and found this to be convenient and enough space for our family gathering.
