stay else where

Pros: nothing
Cons: customer service
booked 3 rooms for my groups during our visit to the DC area. only one driveway to get into the hotel. we got in pretty late on the first night, I ask for extra pillows and towels the desk staffs told me no more. I ask for it again the next day, even place some tips in the envelop hoping they can understand customer service, came back later in the evening, nothing, call the front desk same story, no more. one of the room were not clean at all one day. will not stay here again, if back in the area. poor customer service, stay someplace else.

Good place for a great price

The staff was amazing! The location of the hotel was perfect, not too far from the highway, the metro, or restaurants. The front desk staff provided us with maps and everything we needed for the city of our stay and surrounding cities as well as a map for the metro.

Dirtiest hotel I've stayed in

Upon arrival hotel staff came outside to ask if we had arrangements because they were sold out. Upon telling him yes he said to come on in. During our stay there were several rooms near us that remained unused. Upon entering the room for the first time I went to use the bathroom and found the tub was dirty and there was hair in the tub. Next I go to put my son under the covers to discover crumbs in the bed. I then sit on the bed after my boyfriend says he'll just clean the bed off and I discover a small bug crawling on the cover. Upon these issues the bottom drawer was broken and when my boyfriend went to pull on the knob the whole thing came off. There was no remote in the room, the was rags had stains. It was absolutely DISGUSTING!!!

Only good to stay if you need a quit room overnigh

When I walked into lobby to check in it smelled like cigarette smoke. The hotel has satellite and the television kept loosing signal. I really needed to get away so I stayed. Also the linen had stains on it.

ROOM WAS VERY CLEAN . LOVED THE SHOWER PRESSURE . THE MATTRESS WAS A LITTLE TOO HARD FOR MY TASTE BUT WAS OK FOR ONE NIGHT
