Overall it was nice but the hotel has wear and tear on it. The pool isn’t nearly as nice as it is in the picture. The front desk staff were amazing.

Nice hotel

Was a great stay at this hotel, the only problem we had was with the elevators. They only had 2 working in a 30 floor hotel. Took 15-20 minutes sometimes to catch an elevator. By Monday this problem was fixed and working great.

First room did not latch/lock. Second room we stayed in a stranger (later told it was likely hotel staff) entered our room with their own key after midnight. Safety and privacy were not upheld. Secondly, there was construction occurring which was an eyesore as well as a wake up call as they drilled at 7 am. With this construction, the hotel was still quite expensive. Disappointing experience.

Needs updated

Bartender Nick was personable. He made the best of being in a makeshift restaurant bar area as they are remodeling. We were on the 16th floor and could hear the outside noise as if we were outside! Stain on chair in room, disgusting!
