Nice beds. But the snack bar was bare the drinks only had water and mnt dew no breakfast available super small mini fridge mother didn’t fell good had to check out a day early and didn’t get a discount or redound for the day we did not stay. Never stay here again so disappointed 😔

This is a very nice, well maintained, and comfortable hotel. Our room was very clean with an extremely comfortable bed, and the bathroom was well stocked with large, soft towels. There are 2 things that prevented me from giving "room comfort" an excellent rating. When there are a few people sharing the room, having the sink/vanity, shower and toilet in the same room is very inconvenient when all of those people are trying to get ready at the same time. Secondly, that problem could have been helped if there were more electrical outlets in the room, with at least one being in front of a mirror (in addition that that which is in the bathroom). The hotel provides a shuttle to Downtown, Inner Harbor and Johns Hopkins hospital; however, the shuttle fills quickly and you sometimes cant get the shuttle at your desired time. Its important to sign up for the shuttle ahead of time. Being with a family member who was at the hospital, I rarely knew ahead of time when I would need the ride. As a result, I had to take a taxi. In response to this, the hotel deducted the taxi fare from my bill and gave me complimentary breakfast at the onsite restaurant. I would definitely say that customer service at this hotel is alive and well, and it is something they take very seriously. The restaurant is a bit expensive with slow service, but the servers were all very courteous and polite. Overall, I would definitely recommend this hotel with excellent customer service.

Good out-of-the-way hotel

The hotel is tucked away behind an upscale shopping center, generally a quiet location. The can from the airport cost nearly $70, and there is no hotel shuttle, so factor that into your costs. Room was clean and newly decorated. I changed rooms because the walls are "paper thin" as acknowledged by the front desk staff. Second room didn't have an occupant next door so was quiet. Sleep number bed didn't work properly, but was fairly comfortable--just not adjustable.

Worth the stay

Pros: Location, the fact it is affordable, recently redecorated
Cons: Better restaurant, but within the same complex of shops there is a great place for breakfast and lunch and another for lunch and dinner.
Location: Just off I-83; walk to Donna's or Village Square Cafe to eat; shop at The Store, Talbots, J Jill, Williams-Sanoma, etc.
We have stayed at Cross Keys many times over the last five or six years. It has a great location, affrodable, safe and close to a variety of acitvities to include walking distance to great shopping. We will continue to return.
