The check in process was very slow. There was an ussue with a guest ahead of us. We waited 10 minutes for someone else to come out of the office to help others check in. Luckily she made everything quick and easy. That was the only downside to our visit.

I did not like that I was charged $50 for "incidentals" that has not been returned to me with no explanation of exactly what "incidentals" we incurred during the 18 hours that we were there.

Very clean hotel and friendly staff

Very clean hotel and friendly staff. We were there for two nights they were very accommodating. Had to ask for our breakfast Val chairs, apparently the Travelocity reservation did not convey this to them? We were very happy with the breakfast buffet, and the drinks were good at the bar.
