1st night shower with soap water covered my foot, the stupid tub drain so so so slow. It was disgusting. Next morning told the front desk, “ok, we will have it fix today “ 2nd night the same crab, is so disgusting. When I checked out the manager Adrian asked how was my stay? I said “disgusting “ Ps don’t pay for the terrible breakfast, go to McDonald’s across the Blvd.

Employees were nice. Property is huge and it was packed the night I was there. The entryways that were supposed to be locked and opened by keys didn't close and lock properly. room was a "terrace" room which translates to basement. It was odd to get down to it and the hallway had some interesting and intense odors of ammonia and cigarettes and maybe Marijuana. Room itself was clean and the exercise area was good-a few treadmills, an elliptical, free weights, mats, a Bosu, and some straps and bands. Also very clean.

The staff are respectful but not warm. You feel like you are being a burden or doing something wrong. The nicest person I found there was the housekeeping lady. It is like the staff have been doing this too long and are really over interacting with people. I would not stay there again.

Honestly the room wasnt really the problem it was the little things for me. They have a security deposit which i get however they charged me TWICE for the room. When i brought this to the attention of the employee at the lobby l was brushed off and was told it would be put back on my card. Herevwe are 4 days later and it is still not fixed. What should have been a 90 dollar stay has now tied up an additional 180 dollars in my funds. Will never stay here again or any other holiday inn affilate. I would reccomend all others avoid this as well as it is not right.

The room was clean, but the heating unit thermostat did not work properly (was either on (hot!) or you had to turn it off.) Was only there one night, so was workable, but not ideal. Staff were nice and helpful, though check in was very slow, mainly bc of line, but also bc desk agent very chatty with all. Guests should pay careful attention to what type of Holiday Inn they are staying in. As it was explained to me, the Holiday Inn Express (which I think of as the lower level) gives you a free breakfast. BUT, the "Full Service" Holiday Inn does not (16.99 at this one). If one was traveling with a family, that would really add up. Also a bit counter-intuitive. In any case, read carefully! Breakfast Available means you will pay the big bucks.

The Hotel is clean my room was clean and comfortable the bed in between firm and medium soft only issue is that the Hotel is host to many events problem is hotel guests has to scramble for parking spots when events take place. It happened to me I ended parking around the back entrance and it’s barely light and it’s a very large parking area WHERE the doors to the event is around the back and should be the designated area for event parking leaving best options for paying hotel guest. Did I mention that my hotel key wouldn’t open the doors because the doors were not working leaving me to drive to the front entrance to alert the hotel staff on duty. So we walked where the event was being held and that’s when he said the doors are unlocked and I point out how an I suppose to know that when the sign outside says these doors are locked use the other door is when I said key fob doesn’t work is when he said oh yes the door is not working is why the event door entrance is open, I said sir read your sign and fix the problem this is an inconvenience in 17° temps trying to find parking and get inside the building. Guest should be 1st priority event parking should be in the back entrance where the event is being held Everytime.
