Almost Paradise
Overall this property is exceptional and better than photos or past reviews could express. Our family of four arrived after dark on Jan. 1 for five nights. We were met by David who had provided excellent directions and had communicated all of the details in advance. We woke up to amazing views of the ocean and all sorts of animal noises in the jungle right beside our villa. We enjoyed many hours on our front porch looking out over the ocean. This is a truly wonderful place. Our week was full of animal and bird sightings and relaxation on the beach. The Villa kitchen and other rooms were well equipped for our family with AC in our bedroom and fans in the living room and loft. Our teens enjoyed having their own comfortable space in the loft with full bathroom amenities. David was available throughout our stay and assisted with helpful information and reservations. We recommend this to anyone looking for relaxation, lovely strolls on a nearly empty beach and access to great restaurants and activities near Uvita. We are so glad to have found Villas Azul and would love to return.
