A bit disappointed as there was 6 odd rooms booked for 2 night stay for a family wedding and we had requested for king bed in our room through an email and arrived the day of the wedding to find we had 2 seperate beds. We had asked down stairs to please have them joined when we returned from our family wedding. Well beds were still not joined. We also found some towels had make up and some blood in them. So our experience at this hotel was disappointing

Visited Ballart with Family for two days. The two-bedroom apartment is really good and clean at check-in, but it doesn't get cleaned the next day, and the staff has no reason not to clean. According to the staff, it must be cleaned every day, but they cannot clean in the evening because no cleaner is available. It spoils the room's freshness.
