Great stay!

Came for a long weekend with our 17 year old son. The condo is really nicely decorated, comfy bed and pillows, lovely screened in porch. Loved it!

Not Perfect, But Pretty Close

Excellent views of the marsh, with beautiful sunrises. Sitting on the porch was incredibly peaceful. The golf carts were lots of fun and the house has all the accessories you could ask for.

Slice of Paradise!

Would highly recommend this property! The location was perfect and the views of the marsh and sunrise were incredible. We loved the decks and porch. The condo was stocked with everything we needed and then some! The owners were very responsive with communication. We are looking forward to hopefully staying here again!

The views are spectacular. The condo is nicely furnished and a fantastic layout. Normally in condos you can hear the tv from the living room into the master bedroom but not in this one. We loved the screened in porch and additional deck off the dining area. The kitchen is nicely stocked as well. The golf carts were great. And thanks for providing quality beach equipment.

I have lived in Wilmington my whole life, but had never been to BHI. What a GEM! We can’t wait to go back! 30 knots was perfect for our family of 4!

Convenient with beautiful views

The view of the marsh is fabulous. Easy access to groceries, beach, and harbor area. Condo was clean and fully supplied with appliances and utensils we needed. Lighting in the living room was a little impractical…..could use a reading lamp. Overall, a great place to stay.

We came here for our annual college roommate getaway and absolutely loved it! We have stayed in Bald Head Island for the past couple of years but this was our first time at this property. It was the perfect location, amazing view and great overall experience. We will be back!

10/22 Survived Hurricane Ian . Very dramatic! Joan from Wendy Wilmont checked up with us frequently! They have ace service. Love this condo! Only downside this year, people in unit A ( above us) with a loud barking puppy. We adore Timbercreek but most likely will look to rent a top unit ( even with the stairs). Our 18th year on BHI and first time in early fall. Beautiful time of the year! Wonderful condo. Wendy Wilmont is very responsive when something needs to be fixed. Excellent time with the family. Intend to return next year to 30 knots. Been coming for 17 years to BHI and this place is nice!

June 2022 Stay

We had a wonderful week here on beautiful BHI! This by far is our favorite location. We had an issue with the battery in the golf cart and it was addressed and fixed immediately. The only suggestion I would make is getting a new gas grill. The one here needs to be replaced. The owners do a great job providing everything you need for your stay. The beach chairs are in great condition. There is also Shibumi Shade to use, although, we brought our own. We will definitely be back and would love to come next year for two weeks!
