Not a terrible place to stay, if you don’t mind making your own bed, being charged for bikes you don’t want and water and coffee you didn’t drink. Watch out for hidden “convenience fees” that are charged upon checkout.

One of our favorite hotels. Nicely appointed rooms, especially the huge towels, cozy robes and exquisite duvet beds. I’d give them another star but I’ve had to knock off one for false website and in-house advertising (there is no onsite pool - it’s a block down the street and only seasonal) and most of the services they advertise on their in-house tv ads don’t exist at all, at least not at this hotel. Plus every time we’ve gone the amenities have been reduced from the last time. Much of the staff is friendly and helpful. A couple of them have acted unwelcoming and uninterested on more than one occasion. Overall, because they accommodate dogs better than other hotels we will go back; we’ll just have to understand the expectations. On balance it’s still a great place to stay.

The Innkeepers were extremely hospitable. Very clean room. Within walking distance to Neptune Theater. Easy to get an Uber if prefer. Loved the ppineapple references thru out.
