We comfortably accommodate up to 8 guests with the following layout:

The cabin is equipped with a heating system to keep you warm and cozy. Please note that there is no air conditioning (A/C) on the property.

*To ensure a seamless stay, please be aware of the following:*
-Bear Country: We are located in an active wildlife area. For your safety and the protection of local bears, you must strictly follow the food and trash guidelines provided in your check-in instructions.
-Firewood: Firewood is not provided for the fireplace or fire pit. Please bring your own bundles if you plan to enjoy a fire. Fires must be completely extinguished when not in use.
-Supplies: While we provide a laundry room, laundry products/detergent are not included.
-Safety: The house is not child-proofed; strict supervision is required for children at all times.
-Security Cameras: For your safety and property security, there are surveillance cameras located on the exterior of the property

Due to our peaceful mountain location, a personal vehicle is highly recommended for exploring the area. The town of Bailey is just a short drive away, offering grocery stores, restaurants, and daily essentials. For broader exploration, Denver is approximately one hour from the cabin, providing easy access to city amenities during your stay.

To ensure a 5-star experience for you and future guests, please observe the following rules. Booking implies agreement to these terms:

-No Parties: We maintain a peaceful environment; parties or events are strictly prohibited.
-No Smoking: Any smoking odor detected inside the property will result in a $100 deep-cleaning fee.
-No Pets: Due to severe owner allergies, no animals are allowed.
-Guest Limit: No unregistered guests. A fee of $35 per person, per day applies to any unauthorized guests.
-Check-out: Please respect our cleaning schedule. Late checkouts will incur a $50 fee.
-TV Remote: Please keep track of the remote; replacements will incur a $50 fee.
-Laundry: Feel free to use the machines, but please remember to bring your own detergent.
-Garbage Disposal: Strictly for small bones/food waste. No large or unprocessable items. A $100 fee applies for unclogging.
-Please do not unplug or remove any connected devices (gateway, cables, or chargers). Any missing items will incur a $200 penalty charge
