Very nice hotel and spa with an excellent riverside location. The grounds are very nice and the rooms have excellent views of the Duoro river. This hotel is in a beautiful remote location in the Douro Valley. It is a spa style hotel. The breakfast buffet was wonderful. Staff on desk ere very helpful. We like the dining room food better than the bar menu (just our choice).

This hotel is amazing ! Has beautiful views , is incredibly confortable , clean , staff very friendly and helpful. We had dinner at the hotel restaurant, food was very good and staff friendly , there was a delay serving food and staff were very apologetic Breakfast is very good best bread I ever had in a hotel! The indoor swimming pool is clean and provides a very relaxing atmosphere The bed was very confortable. I will go back again as this was a very good place to relax
