Well, just when we received the instructions for check in we received information that phone signal was bad, in fact when we arrived there it was ZERO, no way to connect with any phone operator. We thought it was OK because there was WIFI but the internet package or provider was terrible, the internet connection was not even to run any social platform (used for communication), nor e-mail nor chats. When contacted the property about it they said we should watch DVD´s. That´s Ok either since we´re not looking for Internet for entertainment. In the first night we started to have power outage problems, we even understand that the serious weather should be the problem but all in the house was moved by electricity even the water since it was controlled by a electrical pump and when the outages comes we had no power, no water, no place to make food and worst, we have no communication as the only available WIFI was also disconnected. Contacting the property, when possible, the solution gave ty them was keep waiting the power supply to be restored. So, having power problems, snow showers, no water, no cooking and no communication we decided to leave the property and go back home. Unfortunately our Xmas was really sad since we paid the property to have good moments and an incredible xmas but we had only headaches instead. The property owner should, at least, inform from now on that communication is almost zero in order to alert people not to rent it unless they are Ok to be uncommunicable.
