It’s quite shocking that your rooms have nonpower outlet close to the bed (night stand distance). Some people have to use CPAP machines for sleeping and I had to use a chair as a bridge to connect my cpap machine to the closest outline (and I don’t want the machine which pumps air into my noise to suck up air right from the floor. Also, my wife didn’t like that there is a glass wall to the washroom, it’s a lack of privacy.

My husband and I stayed here about 2-3 weeks ago for our honeymoon. We wish we could’ve stayed longer! We loved this hotel and it was our favorite stay during our trip. The room is spacious, clean, and we loved the easily accessible clean drinking water. The staff were helpful and the hotel itself (the building) is super cool to get great photos of. Not to mention the convenient location to shops and the train station. The McDonald’s is also convenient for an affordable and quick meal. We can’t recommend this place enough and hope to stay here again in the not too distant future.

Best place to stay around Amsterdam city, 10 min to Amsterdam Centraal station, quiet and spacious hotel rooms with picturesque surroundings, will definitely recommend this place. A small issue, council taxes charged at the Inntel hotel Zandaam are quite higher than what quoted by Expedia that are to be to be paid at property, at ~30% FX movement cannot be expected within 21 days of booking

We overall really enjoyed our stay. The hotel is very clean and the service is fantastic. My only complaint would be the twin bed is quite small and moves around if you turn over in bed. However the bed was comfortable, the room in great condition and the location was perfect.

Perfect place to stay convenient few mins walk to the train station that can get you to Amsterdam Central in about 12 mins - Definitely take the train to Zaanse Schans for a nice day trip on the country side! Staff was super nice and luggage drop was really convenient when having time between rentals or flying in a lot earlier than check in time

I just stayed here with my sister for 6 nights and it was excellent! The facade of the hotels puts a smile on your face every time you see it, and it was extremely convenient to explore Amsterdam and other towns. The hotel is practically next to the train station, and the area is very safe and convenient.

The staff were amazing here! They were readily able to help out and answer our questions and offer their suggestions! The hotel was very close to the train station, but you did not hear the trains! It was very clean! The sauna and steam room were an added bonus!! I contacted them beforehand as we were celebrating a birthday and they decorated the room and brought us a welcome package (There was an added charge for thsi but it was worth it!). I would highly recommend!!

The facilities were good including swimming pool and fitness area but the cleanliness was not up to European standard . The cleaner left a dirty cloth near the sink area. The bed however was comfy and the room was spacious .

Gave us a double bed despite me mentioning before travel that we were mother and son. We had to separate the beds ourselves which were hoping together with a hoard and the gap between the beds was then not clean as it hadn’t been swept move stayed here twice now and whilst it’s a lovely hotel in a lovely location, the beds are so uncomfortable and small for the standard of hotel I’d expect better. Staff are amazing!

My suite room on 12th floor, which is the top floor has a private sauna room inside bathroom right next to whirlpool bathtub! Good city view! Staffs are friendly and eager to help!
