(The week before Christmas 🎄). Saturday entry,this year the dates are 14th December _21st December.
This would be a private sale to own the week exclusively. More detailed information about the apartments and amenities can be found on the Colymbridge highland lodges club

Once purchased, the week is permanently yours. The only ongoing cost on top of the purchase price shown (which is to transfer ownership deeds)is an annual maintenance fee payable to Colymbridge highland lodges club of approximately 778 for each year (this is the cost for 2024),due at the end of January each year. This has already been paid for 2024 and is included in purchase price advertised to take over ownership of this week. At the of the Christmas 🎄/ peak holiday season, it is a popular time for owners to advertise their apartments as holiday rentals if they are unable to stay there themselves in any year. The weekly rental they attract is significantly higher than the annual maintenance fee which owners pay.

Colymbridge Highland lodges club are also happy to advertise them on the rental list on their website.
