Think twice before booking. The unit itself was spacious and nicely furnished, but completely unreliable for anyone who needs fast or consistent internet. Check‑in was a mess: the automated email never arrived, the door code was wrong, and it took multiple calls before I could even get inside. The bigger frustration came after being upsold to an “upgraded” room, only to discover there was no dedicated or usable WiFi. I couldn’t work, and even the TV was unusable. Management offered to move me, but couldn’t guarantee availability or better connectivity.

Stayed many times, and will stay again. Great location with bars and food all around. Secure garage for customers is ideal too. Digital check-in is smooth as instructions are all communicated to you ahead of time. Would recommend.

I experienced the following issues: - Check in Kiosk completed the entire process until it came time to issue room room and access code. System got hung up. Called number and got someone who was able to complete the process and send an email with the information I needed. Unfortunately I had no cell reception in the building and was able to get the emails. I was however able to get a text and got the information that way. - Got to room and was hit with horrible trash/mildew smell. Called the service line and they said they would send up housekeeping with deodorizer. - Looked for parking pass. Was not hanging by door as indicated in check-in information. Had to call to get parking pass. Person met me in Lobby with parking pass. - Left to move my car into garage. Got back to room and housekeeping was mopping the floor. I asked her about deodorizing the room. Unfortunately she did not speak one word of english. We tried to communicate through Google translator, but we were unable to understand each other. She called a supervisor and put me on the phone and I reiterated the problem with the smell. She said she would have it addressed. - Went to put my valuables in the safe as indicated on the website in the pre-arrival information. Couldn't find the safe. Called the service number and was told safes have been phased out. That's fine but the website needs to be updated to not mislead those of us who require an in-room safe. - Left room and came back to find that the room had bee

We rented a 2 bedroom condo for 3 nights. It was so enjoyable and we could have stayed longer bc the condo and building are beautiful, clean, stylish, quiet. Check in/out was easy. $20/day parking in garage below was safe and a bargain. The bedrooms were quite spacious. We knew it was listed to have queen beds, but having at least one king bed would have been pleasant surprise. A great value for the location and condo living!
