Guest Access:
There is one parking spot in the carport. There is also room for two more cars in the driveway, blocking the first cars in. Additionally, there is plenty of free street parking right outside the home for as many cars as needed.

Rainey Street is like that cool friend's house party you can't resist, except it's a neighbourhood packed with bungalow homes turned into hip bars and restaurants. When it comes to satisfying your taste buds, the east side's array of eateries and taco trucks will leave you spoiled for choice. Live music? Check. Nighttime shenanigans? Double check. Friday nights in East Austin are like a choose-your-own-adventure book, and you don't need a fat wallet to have a blast. Shopping choices are enormous, with thrift and vintage stores at prices that can't be beat as well as locally owned boutiques. • Please note that the arcade game is temporarily out of service. Our team is currently working diligently to address the issue and restore it to full functionality as soon as possible.
• Our maintenance team comes by every Wednesday and Sunday to service the pool and keep it in tip-top shape.
• Sorry but the pool is for people only, no doggy paddling allowed.

• Pets are welcome. The pet fee is $50/pet for the whole stay- Max of 2 pets.

• Propane Tank (BBQ grill/Fire pit)- one time charge of $55 to unlock propane tank.
