Wow! ONE OF A KIND historical Georgian-style home on UT West campus! Stay for any UT event. Two stores 4 BR, 6BD with King beds comfortably sleep groups of 10-12 with privacy yet enough living space to interact. The upscale dining room is adjacent to the gourmet kitchen where you can cook and enjoy meals. Just mins to downtown and the airport. Walk to UT campus, endless top restaurants, bars, and food trucks. This legendary home provides you with both a luxury vacation experience and convenience!
Parking: One car can park in the garage with the white door (to the right of the fence), and another car can park on the street using the provided parking pass. Any additional vehicles can use nearby paid street parking.
Please Note : To ensure a smooth and enjoyable experience for both guests and host, we kindly ask all confirmed guests to sign a short rental agreement after booking. A $300 security deposit is required which will be released 7 days after checkout if no damages reported.
